"Check-in process easy, and we were sent the required access codes on the afternoon of the start of our stay. Very clean, plenty of hot water and comfortable bed. Kitchenette has enough equipment for making simple meals. Sound insulation between the floors could be better, as we could hear footsteps from the flat above, but it did not cause us any inconvenience.
