"Keeping it real I don't operate a camera much and if there were an area that needs investment it's laundry and lack of depth in this potentially break even space. "The lobby has a friendly and helpful vibe yet it works like a well oiled machine. Communications were at a high level and things went well so many times. Extended Stay caters to a diverse crowd of travelers way better than the others. I enjoyed the interaction and my needs were met and exceeded by the staff at this Pleasant Hill / Concord / Walnut Creek location."

"I have stayed here a couple of times. My only complaint is the lack of cleaning. I hope that my comment makes a difference. The rooms have to be cleaned daily to prevent health risks and pest issues. My overall experience has been great. "

"Hotel Nash is a budget hotel, so don't go in expecting anything other than the basics. But if you want to see Berkeley, it's clean, comfortable, and has a fantastic location in the downtown next to campus. I feel I got my money's worth."
