"Being a Wyndham member Ive stayed in all kinds of properties and this is my second super 8 Wyndham i. The past mo th. Its been renovated and room was really nice. Liked the shutters on the windows i stead of the usual hitel draoes.giid soze fridge and microwave in room were nice too. "

Apart from the rude behavior and unbecoming attitude of the valet staff at the Residence Inn Berkeley, one of the most beautiful spots in the city, everything was wonderful. "The facility was very clean, and the staff was super friendly. We were warned though prior to staying there to watch where we walked as some of the neighborhoods in the surrounding areas were unsafe potentially. But on the property, there was no issues whatsoever."

There’s the men’s bathroom and there’s the women’s bathroom as soon as I open the women’s bathroom door it was dark and a homeless man came out. I screamed rather loud. I didn’t feel safe in that moment. That was the only time that I didn’t feel safe And extremely uncomfortable."

"The parking lot was being repaved and repainted, but the gal with short hair was so patient and accommodating by letting us and others park on the red with a little paper voucher. I was so tired from my 11 hour drive but she was happy to repeat anything! Thanks so much!! "

Lots of choices of hot food and cold cereals and breads/bagels/english muffins. Ample free parking. Very convenient to Berkeley restaurants and shopping and to the freeways. Just a mile away is the Marina with walking trails next to the Bay in the park. Beautiful. Only 1/2 hour into SF across the Bay Bridge."
