"This property was a great location for us attending our son's wedding @ Madera Estates! It was so well stocked with items that served our needs. The entertainment room was a hit for the kiddos to play and watch shows. Everyone found their bed to be comfortable. There are toys for kids and games for adults. "First, I was transferred to an "upgraded" room without any explanation or clear direction. So when we arrived I thought I had entered the wrong room because the place was trashed. I asked the host to call me and they just replied via the app instead because they knew I was there from the camera outside the door. "The primary bedroom, primary bathroom, and laundry room smelled like CAT URINE. The owner sent cleaners. I trusted they would deal with the smell. They did not. The owner sent cleaners again. Still smelled but they placed air fresheners around the house. When I tried to negotiate some sort of reimbursement, the host hung up on me. There were other areas that showed lack of cleanliness and lack of basic maintenance."
