"The breakfast was good but, need to be hotter. Staffs were excellent, good quality service. We did not experience any evening meals unfortunately, we arrived Sunday and stays till Wednesday morning. The hotel only serves dinners from Wednesday evening to Saturday 😟 We weren’t aware until we made the booking. We were also we’re not aware of any extra parking space at the back of the hotel? "Difficult to find and very problematic checking in. Digital check in never opened for me. The only way I was able to get into my room was that I was let in by a management person. I didn’t leave for dinner because I was afraid I’d be locked out. I wanted to drop my luggage around noon so I could see the sites without suitcase in tow but since there is no on site staff and no check in until 4 that was not possible. Please come up with a solution for travelers who need to store luggage. "

"Very clean, amazing hotel, love the decor, love all the fancy lights in the rooms. Shower could of been hotter. Plenty of choice for the breakfast buffet, only thing we couldn't work out was the coffee machine pod. There was noise coming from outside but that was from the binmen I believe and it was at 6 30am on a Sunday morning , which I didn't want waking up at that time. Other than that it was a comfortable night and will be back again"
