"I absolutely 💯 love this place great breakfast, clean lounge area, staff super friendly and very professional"

"Tony at the front office is just amazing and very helpful !"

"New coffee station. Working on updates to the property. Staff as always was friendly and helpful. Have stayed here several times from 2 days to 10 for Cleveland clinic appointments. Very kind staff."

"Very friendly staff! However, we were disappointed in the room and how loud that it was during the night. It was not a room that we felt relaxed in. We didn’t feel like we got the value in the hotel but it was conveniently located."

"I stayed here because of the convenient location and it being dog friendly. The staff were very friendly. My room was clean. Parking was easy."

"Very nice stay. Super clean. Easy check in instructions. The bed was comfortable. Highly recommend"

"Unfortunately, we experienced several problems that negatively affected our visit, and I feel these issues deserve to be addressed. Pool closure: The pool was closed during our stay, yet no adjustment or compensation was made to our bill. Insufficient washcloths: We specifically requested extra washcloths, but we were still only provided with two. Damaged room door: The door to our room would not close properly and was visibly split. We had to call maintenance to fix it, but just three days...

"Got locked in and had to out an emergency exit room was not ready at check in time. Garrage gate would not work even though I purchased parking ahead of time them kept being told I would just have to use public parking could not leave and come back in car. Front door did not work with card. A lot of issues with maintance. Not impressed"
