"Beware. The first photo paints a brighter picture than the reality, which is a courtyard at the back of a standard drinkers pub , which would never be described as warm and cosy. Despite the photo, the courtyard is full of wooden benches and a temporary structure for smokers. It's a simple bed and breakfast that is clean and if priced accordingly would be OK. Despite having to go through the pub the room was quiet. But it is not priced accordingly. I wouldn't recommend or stay again."

"We had a fantastic stay at De Trafford Hotel. Very friendly and smiling staff who give a warm welcome. The bar and lounge are cosy and a lovely area for food and drinks. The rooms are a bit worn, but everything works and is nice and clean. The bed comfort was good! I can highly recommend the hotel. The village was also nice with a small shopping street with supermarket and cafés. Easy to get to and from the airport and to manchester city by train in just 15 minutes."

"We didn’t have hot water for the whole of our stay. We were told it would come back on after the first day and it did not. The next time they said it we wanted to shower we had to do it in another room, however they asked us to share this room key with other people which wasn’t what we thought when booking.
