"Great place in nice and quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors as well! We enjoyed talking walks and saying hi to folks, including the local deer and squirrels. Short 10-20 minute drive to restaurants and other amenities. Bill was a great host!"

"We were thrilled to be on the Thunder Bay river. My family likes to fish off the dock. It is shallow at this point and peacful. We were able to use one kayak. The second kayak was too filled with rain.water and too heavy for us to turn over and drain it. The deck is a lovely place to sit or eat and watch the river, except that the seat cushions were soaked with rain water also. I suggest a deck storage box to store the seat cushions when not in use. this will keep them dry and ready for use....
