This hill country beauty sleeps 4 with a luxury king size bed, queen sleeper sofa and full bathroom with his/her sinks. Full kitchen for you to enjoy making meals! Sip your coffee in the morning and enjoy the sunrise on the front patio. Enjoy the hot tub on the back patio with breathtaking VIEWS! Managed by Heavenly Hosts



The Space:

- 1 king bed + 1 queen sleeper sofa

- 1 full ensuite bathroom with his/her sinks and walk-in shower

- 2 Smart TV's; 1 in the living room and 1 in the bedroom

- Kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave, small stovetop/oven, Keurig (no dishwasher)

- Indoor gas fireplace

- BBQ grill available, please BYO charcoal

- Fire Pit available, please BYO firewood (fire pit is shared with other cottage)

- Hot tub with VIEWS! (hot tub is private to Bluebonnet cottage)



- There is a small creek right by the main entrance driving in. Creek is not meant for swimming or fishing.

- Please note: there is a sister cottage next to Bluebonnet. The other cottage, Sunflower, is rented separately. The cottages are about 6 ft away from each other and slightly diagonal from each other.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the Bluebonnet cottage, hot tub and outdoor area.
