When checking in, I waited almost 2 minutes before anything was said to me at the counter. The clerk was looking down, looked around and still didn’t say anything. I couldn’t understand why, maybe I was invisible. Finally she(Courtney) said, “how can I help you” I said Heey I would like to check in, how are you? Courtney proceeded to say our systems are down so we can’t check in so you can have a seat. I then asked but couldn’t finish it before she cut me off by rudely saying I’m not sure I just got here so on and etc. So that’s when I asked her name because her badge was not there, just her Hilton shirt with jeans on. Told her to calm down it’s ok, I was just asking to see if there was something else I could do Jeesh. She just looked at me and I went to have a seat, not believing what just took place. As I was sitting I watched how she treated the other guest and all I could do was shake my head. I’ve never been there before nor have I has any previous encounters with Courtney. Not to mention the toilet had urine on the bottom, towel racks rusty and I had to at least spray the bed because I’m sure that was half cleaned as well. I went from being charged $126 to $157 now to $127.94. The checkout was pleasant as the lady that morning was very friendly.
