Our home is professionally cleaned by some of the best vacation rental cleaners that we know and we have all of our linens and towels professionally laundered at Laundry Time Circle, the best + largest laundromat in Colorado Springs.

You'll be staying in a safe, quiet, tree-lined neighborhood close enough to walk over to the heart of downtown Colorado Springs. Our home is also centrally located and a short drive to downtown Old Colorado City, Manitou Springs, and many of the best attractions, boutique shops, and eateries in the city.

Take a stroll down to the corner of the street where you can hop right onto the famous Shooks Run Trail which runs for four miles north and south alongside downtown Colorado Springs.

Guest ID Verification + Fraud Prevention + Damage Protection Deposit Policy:
Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through an industry leading insurance provider, Superhog. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our vacation rentals with extra protection. Superhog will contact you via email to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.

You will also be asked to authorize a damage protection deposit for up to $500 via our insurance provider Superhog in case of accidental damage during your stay. This will include a small service fee of $10.
