I will be available throughout your stay and can be reached through this platform or by phone.
This Tiny Home is located in Peak View Park
Lyft and Uber are available. Woodland Park is a small mountain town but it is fairly spread out. There are plenty of free parking options throughout the town near businesses and restaurants. If you are unable to find parking, be sure to check directly behind the business of your choice as most businesses have a few spots on the backside of their lots. During peak seasons, parking can also be found at the Ute Pass Cultural Center and the Visitors Center at 210 E Midland Ave.
If you are feeling acclimated to the 8500-9000ft of elevation, bring personal bicycles to ride around the town, however, be aware that within 1 mile there can be over 500ft of elevation gain. Walking around town is definitely an option, be prepared and drink plenty of water!
**Please be reminded that Traction and Chain Laws are in effect. Your vehicle needs to be All Wheel Drive or 4x4 with good tires for snow or ice. A 4x2 will be okay as long as you have the chains just in case.**

To ensure the safety and comfort of all our guests, we partner with an insurance provider that conducts a basic screening for every booking. Guests must successfully pass this screening for us to confirm their stay. This process helps us maintain the quality and security of our property, ensuring peace of mind for both our guests and us. If, unfortunately, you do not pass the screening, we will not be able to host you. No need to worry—here’s what the screening involves, as per our insurance provider:
Email: Verification to ensure the email address is valid, deliverable, and not temporary or disposable.
Phone: Verification to confirm the phone number is valid, deliverable, and not disposable.
Watchlist: A check against our insurance list of guests who have previously caused damage and not taken responsibility for it.
If you have any questions about this process, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re happy to assist! Thank you for your understanding, and we hope to welcome you soon.
