Dejligt hotel med hyggelig tagterrasse
Dejligt hotel lidt uden for byen. Prisniveauet var meget rimeligt og der var en god stemning i poolbaren med livemusik. Mulighed for billig mad og drikke. Lille men dejlig pool. Eneste minus er beliggenheden, der er ca 8 km fra Colombo Fort i et kkke specielt attraktivt område. En tuktuk til banegården kostede dog kun 25 kr. Alt i alt en god oplevelse.

Super hotel med cool atmosfære og god beliggenhed
Vi havde et super ophold på 3 dage i Colombo. Hotellet ligger dejligt ned til vandet og har en super smuk udsigt over hav og by. En cool atmosfære om aften på taget og værelserne var også gode og rene. Eneste minus er at man kunne ønske sig at der på sigt kunne findes en løsning sådan at pool området "kommer" i læ fra vinden, alle tre dage vi var der var det så blæsende at man næsten ikke kunne holde ud og bade trods det ikke blæste på samme måde nede på gaden og vi badet på forskellige tidspunkter på dagen. Eller super hotel og ville gerne komme igen :-)

Service was not ip to scratch. In room dining menu was not available and porter didnt arrive when we called. Also room was noisy with room next door’s door kept opening and shitrung really loudly.

1. Classy hotel, Clean, hygienic. 2. Rooms- Clean, Great views. 3. Staff - Polite, helpful, Mr Arafath and his colleagues provided a lot of support for our pleasant stay. 4. Security - the security staff provides you with sense of security and are very polite. 5. Good restaurants in hotel itself. 6. Walking distance from all amneties.

Disappointing for a Radisson
What we liked: - bed was very comfortable. What we didn't like: - Service was poor. We were told to go to the rooftop bar while they got our room ready but they forgot about us. It then took quite a while for them to bring the bags up. - The pool is pretty small and only had 4 loungers. - The shower had a curtain which lets water out, so the floor became very slippy and quite dangerous.

I spent 1 night at this beautiful property, and I was greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality by the staff. I thoroughly enjoyed the rooftop restaurant and views at sunset. The staff assisted me with arranging airport transportation the next morning. On my next trip to Colombo, I will be sure to stay at this property again.

海景房的景觀非常不錯,須通過安全檢查才可進入酒店大堂,拍房卡才可到達住宿樓層,感覺安全。 因疫情關係全國實示戒嚴,行程被迫取消,心急多租一晚房間之際選錯了城景房,酒店讓我繼續留在原來的海景房,感謝。

Jag har bott på detta hotell tidigare, då bokade jag ytterligare nätter på hotellet för att jag gillade det. Denna gång var under all kritik. Skriver här i kronologisk ordning om mina upplevelser vid detta senaste besök. 1. När vi anländer till hotellet får vi ingen hjälp med bagaget, vid incheckning konstateras att jag bott på hotellet tidigare men får ingen mer praktisk information om hotellet, ex. vart frukost serveras, tider, om vart hotellets olika faciliteter finns. Ingen information om att deposition ska lämnas för det fall att man vill skriva upp saker på rummet. Och därefter ingen hjälp med att ta väskor till rummet. 2. Sängen har smutsiga lakan, går ner och ber att någon byter sänglakan. De skulle byta detta. När vi kommer tillbaka efter en promenad är enbart påslakanet bytt och när jag vänder på kudden är det blodfläckar på örngottet och det är ett skoavtryck på lakanet. Går då åter ner och visar bilder för kvällens manager, som erbjuder att byta rummet. 3. Kväll nr 2 (ska checka ut kl 6 på morgonen därefter) går jag för att släcka lampan i badrummet varpå

It's in a good location, reasonably good breakfast, in general, all the other meals I had to accept breakfast is really bad. the naan bread I had is the worst I ever had.

Not a 4 Star Hotel
In theory, this is listed as a 4 star hotel but 4 star hotels in Sri Lanka are very nice. This place didn't even have people to carry your bags. I arrived with a bunch of luggage as a single female, my taxi driver helped me bring them in and when I asked for help from the front desk they told me they didn't offer that service. Since I didn't want to leave my luggage sitting there unattended in the lobby, I had to ask my taxi driver to come up to my room to help. As a single female, I simply didn't feel comfortable with this. I called hotels.com and asked to change hotels and it was a really awful situation. They had me on chat for 2 hours before I gave up and told them I was just going to move somewhere else. I ended up being late to my work dinner. After I called back and Hotels.com offered to refund me, they never did. 3 phone calls later and more wait time on the phone, the refund was finally processed. The point is, Sri Lanka has some wonderful 4 star hotels. This is not one of them.

Pleasant Stay - Would Return
Rooftop bar is wonderful. Pool is good in daytime, amazing views. Annoying it’s in front of the bar so did not feel comfortable going in the evening. Food was very nice - had pizza and prawns. Nice wines, reasonable prices. Literally my only complaint was asking for a shaving kit three times and waiting over an hour for it to be sent, by which time the sun had gone down and I missed out on sunset from the pool.
