"Made the reservation in Expedia and when we got to the property they said it was already taken, nobody help you from the property and also didn’t take any responsibility at all, their response was rude and didn’t care at all that we arrived at night and didn’t have any place to stay, they booked the room to multiple customers to have the best $$$ for them and then acted like the reservation didn’t exist, DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM! "

"We have mixed feeling about the place. The pictures make it look very large/capacious but the space was quite tight. we were 12 people and the house sleeps 16 but we felt we were constantly on top of each other. The house is 4 stories so lots of creaky stairs. Noise carries easily so tough to sleep. water pipes make unusual noise. one of the showers leaks into the bedroom. upstairs bedroom had a bed bug.hostess ( Manuela ) was great and responds quickly. She also speaks English/writes well...

"Claudia was by far the greatest host you can ask for. From organizing our transportation from Medellin to delivering one of most romantic nights we as a couple had. Claudia organized an in house Chef (Juan) for an candle lit dinner underneath the stars. The food was amazing throughout our stay. The house is something from a movie and details were amazing. The property has a dock just foot steps away from the house where you can do water activities or just hang out by the water. We would like to...

"This was the worst experience I ever had booking a vacation. I booked the reservation in early August. Constantly tried to communicate with the host for couple of months and didn't get any response. Two days before my travel date the host contacted me and told me they couldn't honor my reservation. They said they had an alternate rental but it didn't accommodate our group.
