"Met all of our needs. The fenced in backyard was very nice considering how close to the road it was with the kids. The wifi must have been down as the network wasnt popping up on any devices. The high chair was very nice as we didnt have room to bring ours. The welcome packet listing food nearby was helpful. Beds were comfortable and having, toys and dvds to entertain kids was much appreciated. Jessica was very easy to work with and alwasy responded promptly to my messages as im not a frequent...

"The staff at the counter seemed very overwhelmed and not friendly not really informative on anything either. The elevators look like they have not been serviced in a very long time. It had a weird smell throughout the entire hotel. The rooms had weird little spots of darkness. For breakfast, the staff were very pushy and trying to make people hurry up and gather food items to get out of their way overall, the hotel was a disaster."
