"great place to stay and play golf plus visit the local sights like Wiseman ferry"

"Unfortunately found a few black hairs in the shower and one in my bed"

"I honestly struggle a little to understand the extremely high rating this B&B has. Don’t get me wrong, the rooms are very private and spacious, and I personally love older properties with character. However, in this case it felt like some areas were not just old, but simply in need of better maintenance. For example, the grout and finishing in the bathroom were quite worn. "Very clean and quiet place to spend private time in. I checked in pretty late, but the staff was so helpful in assisting my check inn and offered me a a good size bedroom. Am just so grateful and will stay there again."

"Worse shower. Need improvement."

"Everything was great, except for shower facilities. Need repairs an work. Other than that perfect great food, staff"

"Building was dated, but it was clean and tidy. Reception was pleasant. Good experience overall."

"Super clean."

"It is old and doesn’t match with the photos Towels are super old and not dare to use. The door lock fallen out before I moved in. Bed is ok and just the whole room below my standard."

"Excellent service from driving up to reception until leaving."

"We had an amazing stay at the Bower! Sarah, John and their adorable dog Rosie were super friendly and ensured we had a comfortable stay in the cabin. The cabin itself was beautiful and tidy with thoughtful decor all around the place. I would recommend this stay to anyone :)"

"Nice place, it’s actually one room in a large house. Toilet and shower are shared between a couple of rooms, it’s ambiguous in the room description. Still a decent price for the area. "
