"We spent 2 nights at this lovely house for a family gathering celebrating a birthday. There were 11 in total and we did not feel crowded at any time. The pool and lower recreation room are perfect to keep the kids happy and entertained without them being on their electronic devices. The beds are very comfortable. My only suggestion would be to add a few pillows on the couch and some more comfortable outside chairs. Maybe a gate at the top of the outside stairs to keep the dogs from leaving...
"My kids loved this 2 night getaway. The hotel gives you a lodging access pass which gives you a ride up the gondola, access to the canopy climb, blue mountain beach and hiking. We bought the day access passes so that we could do mini-golf, the bikes on water, wall climbs, etc. My kids loved the activities and the hotel pool was great. We stayed at the Weider lodge and it was clean and roomy. We had the 2 bedroom suite with 2 bathrooms. Loved the balcony for coffee in the morning. Relaxing...
"The room was clean, but it definitely needs updating. The beds were uncomfortable, making it hard to get a restful sleep.
A big downside was the TV situation: they weren't smart TVs, so we couldn't log into Netflix or Disney+ for a late-night movie with the kids. Even the antenna didn’t work, so we couldn’t watch regular channels either."
"We really enjoyed our stay at Blue Mountain. We went during the summer and did all of the activities. The mountain coaster was a blast. The ropes course was a lot of fun with different levels of difficulty according to your preferences. The village was great with lots of restaurant and shopping options."
