Private ferieboliger i College Station

"The property was as described. It is very close to Kyle Field walking distance based on your physical abilities. The owner was very always quick to respond to my messages during our visit. Parking was great and it seems like a nice and safe neighborhood. The drawbacks was there was dust in the vents that was visible and spreading to the ceilings. The supplies we were left to clean with was shredded. The apartment had a musty odor and when you walk out on the terrace you don’t want to look left....

"Exactly what my family needed being in town for a week long basketball tournament. A little extra space and privacy and able to cook a few meals. Nice park within walking distance. Very clean and stocked with amenities."

"Great place to stay! The location is great and it’s easy to get just about anywhere."

"What a super cool place! I love quirky and this was perfect. It’s the perfect spot for one or two people and has everything you need. I would most definitely recommend this to anyone and would absolutely book again if I’m back in the area!"

"Great location! Very responsive and helpful property manager. Quiet accommodations. We had everything that we needed. It’s the perfect spot for shopping, restaurants and all on-campus activities. We definitely recommend this property for a party of 3-4. "

"Loved it ."

"This cute house was in a great location for the softball tournament we came in for. There is an HEB basically next door for all groceries and super easy access to Texas Ave. The beds were comfortable and the showers had good water pressure. The kitchen had all the supplies we needed. We were very happy with our stay."

"We had a great stay! The host was incredibly responsive, kind, and helpful throughout our trip, which made everything so much easier. The home was very quiet, and I really appreciated how peaceful it was after long days out. You can tell they put a lot of work into remodeling the space, and it was comfortable and had everything we needed. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again!"
