When she checked into the hotel the woman who was at the front desk was rude with her and condescending to her for no reason. "Our room was very clean. The staff were wonderful and very helpful. Breakfast was amazing. My kids absolutely loved the pool. I personally love the fact that the pool is warm and not freezing cold! This was a A+ stay and hopefully we will be back to visit in the future!"
