"I reserved a room for my sister and her best friend for Friday, May 29th so they could enjoy a wonderful downtown experience for her birthday. When she checked into the hotel the woman who was at the front desk was rude with her and condescending to her for no reason. She didn’t even point them in the direction of their room or tell them about the amenities offered at the hotel. I expected better since I have stayed at many Westins before and enjoyed it every time. Paying 250 dollars a night...

"Really loved this place except. Our booking changed last min and we had different room. And was totally excited about iris but we sat over an hour no food. And got called for a reservation over 2 hours after the fact. It was a celebration but we ate down the road."
