The apartment is in a detached house divided into 2 apartments, ground floor & 1st floor, this apartment of approximately 85 m2 is upstairs. It is exposed south-west.
It has private and secure access (security camera at the entrance).

During your stay, it is possible that there will be other tenants below of course, please take care to preserve everyone's privacy.
Out of respect for the neighborhood, no party or evening, the area is generally very quiet despite being located in the city center.

Access to the accommodation is via a staircase.

The apartment is made up of 3 bedrooms, all equipped with a work area (desk, office chair and electrical outlet):
- Bedroom 1: 1 double bed (Emma memory foam mattress), desk → 2 people max
- Bedroom 2: 1 double bed, desk → 2 people max
- Bedroom 3: 2 single beds, desk → 2 people max

Linen is included in the cleaning fee on some platforms.

You will access the patio by the second staircase from the balcony.

PARKING INFORMATION:
It is possible to park in the streets around the house, being in the city center there are still a lot of vehicles parked and not necessarily always a place in front of the house, but generally places are found relatively easily within a radius of 'about 50-100m around the house.

WARNING: there is a place to the right of the gate (view from outside) delimited by yellow dotted lines in front of the garage of the neighbour, never park in this place please, at the risk of seeing the pound land.
