"The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated with a homey feel. It was nice to sit on the porch and hear the sounds of nature without any man-made sounds interfering. There is a 12 cup coffee maker with coffee and sugar provided, but not a Kurig."

"We had a wonderful stay in Tyler. This cottage is in a very nice neighborhood, what a beautiful area! The hosts were incredibly kind, and it's obvious that they pay attention to the details. The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed - kitchen and bathroom items were all provided. As others have said, the gardens are amazing. We spent 45 minutes or so in awe! If we go back to Tyler, we will not look around, this stay was perfect!! We will stay here again if possible. Thank You...

"We were a group of 5 women on a girls' weekend to ride the Dogwood Lunch Train. The cottages were pristine in condition and peaceful as the day is long. We sat outside and chatted the evening away. The decor was wonderful! We all thought up reasons to return to this lovely spot."
