"First the positives: Refrigerator, stove, microwave, bath/showers, sinks all good; beds comfortable. Now the negatives: TV works but no local channels such as ABC, NBC, CBS unless you have a streaming service and a few times we had a solid black line about 4" wide on the screen which sometimes would stay and other times would leave in about an hour; no coffee pot, only a KUERIG; the pool has a slow leak and we had to keep adding water and the pool heater could not keep up; the pool enclosure...

"OK this is a very solid VRBO property. I’d give it 8/10 rating. Excellent host communications, easy checkin, nice clean interior. Plenty of room to spread out and relax. Couldn’t use the pool due to weather unfortunately. Location is in an older neighborhood with some run down properties but it is transitioning to a nicer neighborhood near a cute walkable shopping area. Downsides: Quirky thermostats, no useful live TV. Appreciated the coffee but would have been helpful to have some creamer handy...
