"The building is an easy walk to lots of restaurants and shops in Cocoa Village, and has a variety of balconies to watch the water, pedestrians, and launches.We had a couple of extremely minor issues that I communicated to the owners, and they resolved them quickly. (This is not meant as a criticism, but a praise for the responsiveness.
