NEWLY REVOVATED CONDO!!!! Cozy, ocean facing condo, steps from the sands of beautiful Downtown Cocoa Beach! Enjoy the beauty of the Florida sunrise while having coffee from your patio each morning. Full Kitchen, linens, towels and beach towels supplied. Beach chairs and umbrellas there for your use. Located in the heart of downtown Cocoa Beach you will also be steps from restaurants, bars and nightlife as well as surf shops and shopping.
Lower level, no stairs and has a designated parking spot...although there is no need for a car being in the heart of downtown. Beach essentials are provided. Use at your own risk.

Communication with the owner was great. Owner was also on vacation and ensured our care to someone she trusted who took care of our needs. We did have an issue with leaky toilet that was taken care of as quickly as possible. The condo has a vintage vibe which I personally loved. The beach is literally a minute to get to and that section of the beach is not congested at all and felt quite private. Coconuts on the Beach restaurant is right next door and The Dirty Bird about a 2 minute walk as well. The Salty Bagel also within 1-2 minute walk and had delicious bagels and coffee. If you love ice cream The Fat Donkey parlor is about 5 minute walk. The chocolate cake hand dipped was to die for! I do cook a lot and the kitchen had everything we needed for meals when we did not eat out. We would definitely stay in this unit again :) Thank you for a wonderful place to stay!

If you are a single woman traveling alone this is EXACTLY where you want to land while staying in Cocoa Beach. The neighbors are retirees and monitor every action at this condo complex. You are absolutely secure. Right in the thick of all the attractions (without Ron Jon traffic problems). Will be staying here next time

This unit is awesome! The owner certainly didn't forget all the little touches from having the basic condiments to beach towels/chairs and everything in between. Its perfectly located and the description doesn't do it justice. Any closer to the beach and we will be mermaids. We would 100% rent this unit again and again.

Access to the beach was amazing. Very small unit. Parking was terrible. We had 2 cars but there really wasn't room for 2. Thankfully the property owner did tell us another place we could park. The main reason for a 3 was the parking and the fact the owner made us feel rushed to leave.

Beautiful place! The beachfront view from the patio was perfect for morning coffee or lunch. Private beach access was literally steps from the door! Great location, within walking distance to tons of shops & boutiques. Tons of food options close also. The host was very engaged, answering all of my questions quickly. The property was clean, and offered all of the basic amenities. I would stay here again!

I give this place 4 1/2 stars but the system doesn't do halves. Right on the beach; so toes in the sand is really simple. Many restaurants and bars within walking distance. The place is perfect for a couple to stay; we didn't use the pullout. The only down-sides were that it is a bottom unit, so at times it sounded like they were re-decorating and moving furniture upstairs. I think it was kids. So there's that. The AC unit is in the closet in the bedroom and there's no door on it, so it was a little loud in there, but you get used to it. Jean was very accomodating for us which was great. We asked for extra toilet paper in case we needed it and had it within minutes. We also have local friends that came over to visit and were allowed to use a parking space of an unrented unit while they were there for the day. I would use it again.

Short trip

Place very basic, clean, no frills. Bring a blow dryer. Back door handle and lock need fixedWalk out to sand is great, back alley location so very loud with trucks, bar activity. Night life for sure ever present.

Nice area and ocean views. Walking distance to many restaurants / bars and shops. The unit itself was disappointing. Updated kitchen waa nice. It needs some tlc for sure. Jean the manager, was very responsive but the owner needs to address issues . Would not stay tjete again

Beautiful stay, clean and newly remodeled. Right next to the beach with a walk way from the back porch to the beach. Also right next to Coconuts restaurant and other great restaurants and shops.

Relaxing Stay

The condo was in walking distance to different restaurants and bars. We walked to a lot of them. Loved it was just steps away from the beach. The kitchen had just about everything you needed for baking or cooking.

Lovely time on the beach watching rockets!

It would be hard to improve this location. Out the back you are right on the beach. Night spots and eateries are steps away. Rocket launches are readily viewed from the patio! The condo itself is very well furnished with a full kitchen with plenty of cookware. I highly recommend it. My only criticism is that I wish I could have made use of an outdoor grill to help prepare the 1 meal we made there. A great time and we would not hesitate to book it again.
