"When I arrive at Relax Inn, it is about 11:00 PM in the evening, after a long flight. The check-in place is a very tiny cube that fits only one person at a time. It feels very strange/scary compared to all other hotel/motel that I have been. When I check in, the staff told me, they cancelled my booking because I did not pre-pay. "Had a lovely visit at the hotel. We stayed for two nights and there was no housekeeping during our stay, not even for fresh towels or trash removal which we weren’t expecting. The place could have been a little cleaner, in particular the floors weren’t super clean and my white socks got filthy after one walk to the bathroom and back, and while it is an older property, the room was nice and big, and the staff was very friendly and kind.
