"One of the best trips my family has ever taken! The caboose is charming with amazing views and plenty of furry company. The house was clean and the yard/fire pit area was spectacular. The only negative is the water smells a bit funky, but that should not be a deterrent because this trip is so special. Do not miss out, book the caboose!!"

"It was a perfect accommodation for my wife and me, and our two grandchildren after visiting Howe Caverns. The property was very clean and the owner was very quick to respond to our questions."

"A unique redo of a one room school house. Top amenities and facilities. As two retired teachers, and married for 52 years, we really enjoyed the experience."

"5/5 stars! The home was darling! Anika and Ahsan were incredibly responsive. The house was well stocked, clean, and filled with attentive amenities for guests to use and enjoy. There was a snowstorm while we were there and someone came early to plow and shovel our pathway. We received a detailed guide for local activities and establishments. Would love to visit again! "

It is pet friendly however there isn’t a closed in fence so you’ll have to watch your dog and put them on a leash. If you go up the hill in the back of the house, there’s a huge pasture surrounded by the woods, my dog was able to run around up there, I just had to stand where she couldn’t...
