The living room is the perfect place to kick back and relax after a day of exploring the desert. With comfortable seating, a large TV, and plenty of natural light, you'll love spending time here.

COVID 19 PRECAUTIONS AND HEALTH ADVISORY

We take the health of our guest very seriously. We have implemented new and much more comprehensive cleaning procedures in all of our homes. We are following CDC guidelines and requirements as well as adhering to the new cleaning requirements established by AirB&B. We want all of our guest to know that we are doing our part to help our guest stay safe.

1. Our cleaning crews have received very detailed training on what products to use, how to use them properly. The products we use are all effective in killing the current germs and virus.

2. We are cleaning all frequently touched areas such as remotes, wall switches, door handles/knobs, tabletops, thermostats, keys, counters, and all surfaces that can be touched by guest, as well as our regular deep cleanings.

Our home provides sleeping arrangements for up to 10 guests as follows:

Master Room -1 Cal King bed with 65" Smart Tv
Room #2 - Cal King with 58" Smart Tv
Room #3 - Queen with 58" Smart Tv
Room #4 - 2 Full's no TV

Living Room features sofa with 75 " Smart Tv!

RULES:
We have Cameras outdoors. Please do not tamper or cover cameras because your reservation will be automatically canceled at no refund. Quiet hours are between 10 PM - 8 AM everyday. Any noise violations issued to our address during your stay will give the host the right to come evict any guests inside the property with no refund.

Smoking or vaping of any kind is absolutely PROHIBITED inside the home. If you do, any cleaning or furniture replacement costs will be deducted from your security deposit.

Violation of house rules are given a warning and then we will be forced to cancel your reservation without a refund for rules that are broken for the second time.
