"We celebrated our daughter's 50th birthday with a family vacation and cheered her on an Ironman competition. Our stay was in the perfect location for the race. The property is lovely and well maintained. The house is very well equiped and the host was very responsive and promptly replaced items as needed. Our family enjoyed the home, hot tub and pool immensely. We would definitely rent here again."

"Rita was so responsive and helpful! Place was great for a group of 15 for a bachelor party. We were worried about the spaces for sleep but turned out not to be a problem."

"Photos of the place look a LOT nicer than actual in person. It is a little run-down and the pool doesn’t look as big and clean as the photos. Description is also inaccurate. Listing says fits 16ppl, but we only counted 12 bed spots. Upon asking the host, she said there were air mattresses (there were not). There were paddings / cushions, but no bed sheet covers and only 2 spare blankets (which is not enough). Listing also says 2 bathrooms, fortunately there are 3. But we had turned people down...

"The house itself was great and backyard was lovely. Everything was clean and comfortable. We were 8 women and it accommodated us well. I was not happy about the neighborhood. It was a bit low end. On one morning walk myself and my cousin were approached by a man who appeared to be drunk on the street right outside the complex. The Neighbor next door was playing the drums until 3am one night. The host was great though and very responsive. "

"Pool was refreshing, kids and adults enjoyed it. Covered patio dining table with ample seating for all our guests. Bar B Q worked like a charm. All outdoor games and indoor game room helped with keeping all entertained. Only issue we found was that AC unit in the game room was leaking condensate onto the cement floor, making it slippery. We placed an aluminum catch pan and had to empty it out every so often to keep it from over filling. Will definitely stay here again. House is nicely setup...
