Guest Access:

You'll receive a QR code before arrival to scan when entering and exiting the gated community. Please provide your email and phone number to receive the code. Parking for 2 vehicles in the garage and driveway, or RV parking with 1 vehicle. The HOA requires vehicle information including make, year, color, and license plate number before arrival. Please send this to guest services.



The Neighborhood:

🌿 The New Vineyards is a gated resort community with mature palm trees and beautifully landscaped grounds. Downtown Coachella is 10 minutes away with diverse dining and shopping options. Drive 35 to 40 minutes to downtown Palm Springs to explore the El Paseo shopping district, often called the Rodeo Drive of the Desert, lined with designer boutiques, art galleries, and upscale restaurants. The Palm Springs Aerial Tramway offers stunning mountain views and access to hiking trails year-round. Several championship golf courses are within a short drive, each set against dramatic desert and mountain backdrops. The area is known for natural hot springs, spas, and outdoor recreation including horseback riding and mountain biking trails.



Getting Around:

Coachella is located in the Coachella Valley along Highway 86. Downtown Palm Springs is 35 to 40 minutes west via I-10. Palm Springs International Airport is approximately 30 minutes away. Joshua Tree National Park's north entrance is about 45 minutes northeast for world-class hiking and rock climbing.



Other Things to Note:

• Pets: Dogs welcome! Maximum 2 dogs, 40 lbs or under. $150 flat pet fee per stay. Contact guest services after booking to add. Cats not allowed. Please pick up after your pet to avoid fines.

• Washer/Dryer: In-unit

• Parking: 2 cars maximum OR RV parking plus 1 vehicle

• Vehicle information required by HOA before arrival: make, year, color, license plate number, and state. Send to guest services.

• QR code access: Please provide email and phone number to receive your entry/exit code for the gated community.

• Quiet hours: 9pm to 8am. Please keep all noise contained during these hours out of respect for full-time residents.

• No parties or loud music at any time.

• Street sweeping occurs on the 15th of each month. All vehicles must be parked in the garage or driveway, not on the street.

• Fireplace is not available for guest use.

• This is a studio with a sleeper sofa, suitable for 2 guests.
