"The location of the property was perfect and the quietness of the place . However the place could use a little refreshing especially paint on the exterior . A little welcome package inside would have been helpful .I did not like the stairs going to basements which weren’t to code with handrail only on one side . The screen door netting needed to be fixed . Although wood was supplied for fire pit some proper kindling and logs would have been nice. The inside was comfortable and clean and lived up...

"We had a wonderful stay in Granville! We were 4 adults and a kids (2 and 6) and had plenty of space to hang out, play, and eat together. The house was beautiful, clean, comfy, and we loved that it was all one level. The closets and cupboards were very well stocked, towels, beach towels, extra bedding, spices and lots of kitchenware like Tupperware containers and even travel mugs.The two full bathrooms were very convenient (I don't think the tub in the smaller bathroom was visible in the photos)...

"Wonderful! Fresh and homey without the cliche air-bnb feeling! Our group travels in May, so the pool wasn't operational yet, but beautiful beaches are just a short drive away. Absolutely Clean, with lots of windows (except the basement) overlooking the surrounding yard's morning critters and evening sunsets.We didn't use the fireplace because the weather was fabulous. Perhaps next time.The beds were very comfortable with everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked for our breakfast...
