"Difficult to find and very problematic checking in. Digital check in never opened for me. The only way I was able to get into my room was that I was let in by a management person. I didn’t leave for dinner because I was afraid I’d be locked out. I wanted to drop my luggage around noon so I could see the sites without suitcase in tow but since there is no on site staff and no check in until 4 that was not possible. Please come up with a solution for travelers who need to store luggage. "

"I always enjoy staying here. Historic building with character. Spacious and comfortable room. Very good service. Breakfast is a little pricey, but it is worth it: one is paying not just for the quality of the food, but also the ambience: proper table service (instead of the ubiquitious buffet) in a wonderful breakfast room.
