"Every single worker we spoke with or encountered was incredibly nice and helpful and friendly. I've never had such consistently wonderful service from hotel staff. Breakfast was amazing. Both in the amount of options and in how quickly everything would be restocked once it ran out. I've never seen anything like it! The room itself was spacious and comfortable. If fit all the boxes I needed. Can't recommend this place enough"

"This was a very nice hostel and I felt very safe. I stayed in 4 person bunk room with all women and it was very nice! The doors can only be opened with a keycard for that room. The sheets and bed were very clean and comfortable. I slept in the bottom bunk that had a little curtain which made me feel like I had my own little space. The bathroom was down the hall and was very clean. "

"Fantastisk hotel, flot og spændende indrettet lige ud til sporvogn som nemt bringer dig rundt i byen. Hotellet tilbyder billetter til sporvognen uden beregning. Morgenmad lidt mangelfuld til min smag, men det er meget udbredt i USA. Hvad der trækker ned er lyd fra tilstødende værelser, både ved siden af, og ovenover. Udover det et super sted, som helt afgjort vil være et sted jeg ville komme igen."

"I had such a nice stay. The bathrooms and kitchen were shared, but I didn't see anyone else during my stay. The location is excellent. Portable AC was appreciated since my room was on the top floor. Tim clearly has put in a lot of effort to make clear signage so all spaces could be clean and comfy for all guests."

"The Benson Portland, Curio Collection is a stunning hotel! The service is nice but casual, however the amenities and food are stunningly delicious! The downtown surrounding area is alarming as there are many homeless citizens that live in the area and can be surprising to those unaccustomed to such a sight. "

The cleanliness and facilities I think were nice but only slight bummer was the shared microwave can get a little dirty depending on the other guests. Also, the walls are understandably hotel thin so could hear next room opening drawers and of course when the cleaning service is going on."

"Jeg blev meget positivt overrasket af dette hotel.
Deres kundeservice var lynhurtige og meget hjælpsomme i forbindelse med indtjekningen på hotellet og gjorde til en leg.
Jeg boede på værelse 307 med eget bad. Og jeg er vild med at de har prøvet at gøre noget ud af det i en speciel stil. Der var ikke nogen særlig udsigt, men det var til at leve med.
Det var lidt mærkeligt at håndvasken var i værelset og ikke på toilettet, men bortset fra det var det eneste trælse den manglende toiletbørste.
Morgenmaden er virkelig ikke noget særligt og rummet lille, men det er nemt at tage det med på værelset.
Det er nemt at gå rundt i byen fra hotellet eller tage den kollektive trafik.
Jeg skal helt sikkert bo der igen 😀"
