"Lots of space in the room however the seating is limited for the amount of people expected to sleep. Great natural lighting. Instructions for arrival and departure were pretty straight forward. Coffee shop and restaurant 2 blocks away which was a plus. Quiet for the most part except for the birds chirping outside the windows and the occasional loud vehicle driving alongside the property"

Pros:
- Excellent location - relatively chill block but close to so much.

The only issue is that if you need anything you have to message management and wait until they get back to you. However, they are generally pretty responsive. "

"Being in walking distance to pretty much everything especially Bourbon St and transportation. The room was nice and spacious. Only issue for me personally is the lack of communication is definitely something I dislike. I love the atmosphere of the rental including the rooftop pool area. "
