"This property is in a great position a short walk from the Strand. It is quiet and well appointed. It was ideal for my family and I to have as a base to attend a family wedding. One thing…although it is advertised as having 5 beds, the 5th is a trundle which would need to be set up in the living room. It is also up a flight of stairs so not ideal for anyone with a significant physical disability. Communication with the host was excellent. Really, when what you need is a base to do things from...

"The accommodation had not been prepared for our visit and was in an appalling state. We were unable to contact the manager so had to organise alternative accommodation at very short notice. Unacceptable!"
