"We absolutely loved staying at this property. It was a very relaxing place to stay. Very comfortable and clean. We truly enjoyed our stay here from the amazing views, the lovely cows and the amazing variety of bird life. There is a bird feeder with a good supply of bird feed we stayed in winter and there was a plentiful supply of firewood for the combustion fireplace in the house and the fire pit just up the rise from the gate to the house. We woke up to fog in the valley on 1 morning which was...

"Fantastic location- a lovely 2 minute walk to the beach, and 5 minute walk to good coffee (Stoa was our pick!), yum food and awesome ice cream and an amazing playground for the kids. The house itself was a great size with plenty of room- we had ten people- 3 grandparents, a family of four (2 kids aged 4 and 8) and a family of three (with a 1 year old). There was enough space for us all without feeling on top of each other. The kids loved the pool and the toys. We all went to the Australia Zoo...

"The property is very basic and worn.Dirty carpets and rugs. Dishwasher doesn’t work.Loose toilet seats and toilet roll holders.Moth eaten carpets.Just not good enough."

"We have just stayed here and actually really loved it until we were told our dogs damaged a couch when they absolutely did not!! Our dogs were outside the whole weekend except for a short time inside and sitting on the floor with us there the whole time. The manager did not listen to us. We have 5 star rating and leave places cleaner than we find them...I am not impressed with this dishonest treatment!!!!!"
