Trulli Restano is a beautiful villa with ancient trulli and swimming pool, nestled in the green countryside of Cisternino, for luxury vacation rental in Puglia. With a main core and two annexes, the trulli offer up to 12 beds.
The ancient rural dwelling has been renovated respecting the original architectural features, framed by dry stone walls, Mediterranean vegetation and orchard, enhanced by thepool area and barbecue area with wood-burning oven.
There are all the modern comforts: air conditioning, wi-fi internet, washing machine, dryer, children`s games, TV, hair dryer, mosquito nets, underfloor heating, library, kitchen complete with dishwasher, electric oven, coffee maker and electric kettle.

Trulli Restano is a perfect solution for a relaxing vacation in Puglia, just a short distance from the town of Cisternino, surrounded by a large well-kept garden planted with orchards.
In addition to the exclusive pool area surrounded by sun loungers and deck chairs for the solarium, there are large outdoor spaces equipped to comfortably spend time outdoors, such as the beautiful veranda with large masonry sofas and cushions, and the inner courtyard where you can dine al fresco, equipped with outdoor worktop.
 
The large outdoor spaces can also be enjoyed by children, who will find toys and merry-go-rounds available there.
 
The vacation villa in Apulia sleeps up to 12 people
The interior spaces of Trulli Restano consist of three independent units. The main villa with trulli, an outbuilding and a small, bright basement apartment.
The entrance to the villa is into the spacious and cozy living area, consisting of a kitchen with dining room and living room with sofas and TV. A hallway leads to the sleeping area consisting of 1 double bedroom in the largest trullo, with whitewashed walls and en suite shower room, and 1 twin bedroom with single beds. Completing the first unit is the second modern and refined shower room.
The rooms are spacious and bright, all with underfloor heating and central air conditioning, fine furnishings, designer accessories, and windows with mosquito nets.
From the inner courtyard, some stairs go down to the mini apartment in the basement. Here there are 2 bedrooms, including 1 double and 1 twin with a single sofa bed + pouf bed. Both rooms have direct access to the outside with large windows.
Finally there is the annex next to the villa, introduced by a veranda, whose interior consists of 1 double bedroom + kitchen with induction hob and coffee maker. In the kitchen there is 1 pouf bed. The annex is completed by shower room.

The beautiful estate of Trulli Restano, composed of ancient trulli and dependance, is immersed in the green countryside of Cisternino, one of the most beautiful towns in the province of Brindisi, in the center of the Valle d`Itria, whose historic center is located just 3 km away.
The villa`s location makes it easy to reach, in just a few kilometers by car, other towns in the Valle d`Itria renowned for their architectural beauty, ancient villages, cultural attractions and tasty eno-gastronomic tradition: Martina Franca is just 7 km away, Locorotondo 9 km, Ostuni only 16 km.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 15 per person.
- Pool available from June to September. 
- Off-season pool opening available upon request: euros 500, payable on-site.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 100 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Trulli are composed by 3 independent units and some bedrooms are on the basement floor.
