"Overall pretty great. It had good water pressure and lots of towels. The bed was comfy and the kitchen was really clean. It can sometimes be hard to find parking close to the place. It has great walkability to food."

"We had an issue checking in but the owner, Jon was promptly responsive and helped us through everything and resolved our issue! The property was amazing and the backyard was gorgeous and very peaceful. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was a huge bonus and we loved the bathroom. Amazing place to stay for a few days!"

"Noticed the basement light on went down stairs and found sheets/towels in the washer and dryer. I put the towels in the dryer and placed the dried sheets in a basket. The carpet very dirty. Kitchen floor dirty, knobs and stove dirty. Because of the uncleanness I did not use the kitchen other than a few glasses. "There is only A/C in the kitchen, living room, and one bedroom (barely). Two of the bedrooms were unusable because they were too hot. Communication was terrible. Emails went unanswered. Inconsistencies in listing, automatic message after booking, and information provided by host upon arrival. There was no way to use the TVs when we arrived (host did order in a remote after I called - with wrong batteries of course). No wifi password listed. I had to call for that as well. "This place is a great location with a fantastic view! We were downtown in ~6 minutes by car. The river views are great any time of day or night. There were also cute groundhogs under the front porch, lizards, and beautiful flowers everywhere. "Very welcoming staff of all I interacted with at least Place is probably not in the best shape it has ever been. There was a smell in the room, which really was the only reason I had to have the AC running to some extent The breakfast included is great for the price of the outskirts of downtown Cincinnati. While I can understand that some might feel like it is a sketchy area (Probably mostly because it is pretty empty around) I really didn't feel it that way. The walk from Great American Ballpark to the Hotel overall felt as safe as you can expect in a big city Overall it felt like good value for money"
