When we arrived the host was not there and we had a teenager tell us that we couldn't use the kitchen only lightly so we couldn't even cook there. The ad should clarify what's on the room upfront and not when the host contacts you. We ended up getting a hotel for our stay on San Diego."

"The house is perfect for families with an open layout, well equipped kitchen and everything we needed for two young children. The outdoor area with pool and hot tub were great. It was clean, comfortable beds and adequate supplies, ie paper goods, towels, soap, etc. for our 5 day stay. Host responded quickly to resolve one issue we had. "
