"Quick work trip that we turned into a mini-vacation. The hosts were super communicative and even offered fresh fruit for our arrival. We’ve stayed at many VRBO’s and this is at the top of the list as far as being well appointed. Easy to cook without needing additional resources. Extremly clean and comfortable. Super cool neighborhood. Very quiet while being walking distance to grocery, restaurants, bars, shops. Also, conviennent location to major freeways. 5 Forks!"

"I stayed for two days with my two teenage boys while we did a visit to the University of California San Diego. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the property. It is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood. The host's local restaurant recommendations were terrific."

"What an amazing trip!! This house was perfect and everyone had space. The backyard was a hit!! The BBQ, the pool, the slides, and the hot tub is where we spent all of our time. The communication with the host was also 5 star. We had some change ups through the time between reserving and checking in and the host was amazing and accommodating!! We will for sure be returning for more family memories ❤️"

"A week-long stay which was perfect for a family of four. Steps from the beach and short walk to restaurants. The property contained everything we needed for our stay. The parking situation was a bit of a challenge, but otherwise, the trip was great."

"A very cute, clean, cozy, one floor bright and airy single home. Quiet, peaceful, and comfortable. Easy access to local stores. Walking distance to local retail stores. "Loved SO MUCH about this place Only issues we had were the washing machine not working and an early outdoor curfew of 9:00 with a rude neighbor coming over when my son in laws were talking by the fire/conversation pit. management said they would address. Would stay again if that is resolved. "

"Overall stay was good. Cleanliness was an issue. Bathrooms not properly cleaned, sheets were dusty or dirty, and we had to rewash all the bed sheets. A wet bath mat was left in the washer. Host offered to have cleaners come by but we refused since we were already settled in. Place is great just need to hire better cleaners."

"Overall my children were happy with the set up. The house was clean. The pool and outside games was definitely the highlight. Also per house rules, quiet hours began at 10pm, however the neighbor complained about my children still in the pool and it was only 8 o'clock. In the morning I decided to go for a swim and during my swim the pool cleaning guy entered the property without any notice and wanted to clean it. Being polite I allowed him to, but It definitely would've been great if he had come...

"We had a wonderful week here. From the check in process to the check out, everything was just what we’d hoped for, for our beach vacation. Special thx to Mary who was so much fun, and so helpful. We couldn’t have asked for better. This house is large and spacious with lots of windows and a perfect view of sunset every evening This may not be the best property for kids, there are a large number of breakables as part of the decor. A definite thumbs up. "

"Ricardo is a great host and has a great property. He is very responsive and easy to communicate with. He pre-approved that we host my bridal shower at his property with pre-approved rules and an event fee. There were no issues. One night we were to loud and he nicely texted me to turn down our music. The house has a lot of decor and is very cluttered. The decorations are beautiful but it was a little overwhelming to me.
