"We had a 20-person extended family stay at this home. Our host was extremely responsive and helpful. We really enjoyed the outdoor space, including the grill area, pool, fire pit, and playground - just perfect for our getaway. The home was very clean and the beds were comfortable. There is an eat-in kitchen with space for 8 to dine, but no separate indoor dining room, so keep this in mind if you have a large group. "The house is exactly what you see in the pictures, the pool oasis is outstanding and the game room— my kids where super excited when we opened the door. There is everything you need for outside games, pickleball, beach toys and inside too, extra towels, sheets and blankets!! It was truly a ‘home’ experience.I would 100 % rent the bird house again! "

"Lots of good things about house, clean, location, walkable neighborhood & restaurants. Responsive owner and easy check-in and check out. But the bedrooms and beds were small and the centrally located bathroom needs a fan for privacy. It was comfortable and pretty well appointed but wish there was cream and sugar to go with the Kuerig coffee maker. Good stay overall. "
