You will have your own gated entrance on the side of the house leading to a beautiful, private patio. Patio has surrounding lights, Bluetooth speaker, shade, dining table & chairs and BBQ grill for a true San Diego warm summer night experience.
Close to Starbucks, Walmart, Movie theater, Bowling Alley, 24 hour fitness gym, & Public Transport!

The space
Newly remodeled, right section of the main house was built into a private 2 bedroom suite with a kitchen, laundry room, shower, board games, workout equipment, desk work space, coffee maker, cream, sugar, continental breakfast, books, Three TVs with Roku and WIFI!
There is a private entry way to your all private gated, shaded patio area with a BBQ grill, Bluetooth speaker, ash tray, lights and outside dining tables that comfortably seats four! This marvelous patio leads to the entrance of the suite.
The entire patio and suite are private and has everything you will need for your stay.

Guest access
Private entrance to gated patio, and access to private suite. No shared space.
Suite is attached to right side of main house, but your patio and entrance are all private and you will be the only ones entering onto the right side of the house!

Other things to note
We have exercise equipment in the cabinet that has personal instructions provided.
There is a coffee machine in the kitchen with coffee, cream and sugar also provided.
