"This place is absolutely stunning! We felt in complete bliss from the moment we arrived snd sad to have left. It was a great relaxing break after Tokyo. The service was incredible, all staff was lovely. The views from the cabins were absolutely STUNNING! We were blessed enough to have clear views of mount Fuji! The attention to detail from the backpacks to the small feeebies were lovely. The food delicious!! The WAGU STEAK was cooked to perfection and we also did the pizza makonv experience and...

"The hotel itself is excellent! We loved our stay. It’s perfect if you’re looking for a relaxing stay surrounded by natural beauty. Only downside is there aren’t many amenities within walking distance besides a little tourist area. There is easy access to the local bus if you don’t mind spending 30 minutes going into town. "

"It is fine stay if you come with friends and family to do BBQ. But not quite the thing for an international traveler. Service was great however and one can see that they are trying to improve the place. Taxi from the station is 2400 yen and takes around 10 min. 15 min walk to the closest restaurant "
