Easily one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at. The only down side is that the front desk closes at 6pm. This means if you lock yourself out, need a fresh towel, etc you are stuck with either bugging the restaurant manager or waiting til morning.

Although the hotel itself is clean and well located, with friendly staff - when booking, there was no indication from Expedia or the Hotel to inform us that there was massive road construction happening around the hotel - meaning excursion has to pick us up elsewhere, we were walking on broken pavement and cardboard just to get into the hotel and cars were unable to come up and down the street! So really wasn't the ideal situation for the trip so if you're looking to go anytime soon - maybe look for a hotel that's not in the middle of a construction site or book once it has been finished!

"Fabulous property and hosts. They couldn’t do enough for us and were extremely helpful. It’s a very relaxing place to stay and we loved not being in the noise of Krakov. It’s near some beautiful places including a very picturesque reservoir and a fabulous national park. Krakov is 40 minutes away ..."
