"We stayed for our honeymoon before embarking on our cruise to Bermuda out of Norfolk. The port was very close to the Inn. The Inn is beautiful and so romantic. The area around the Inn had several options for dining. The walkable area was so romantic with its old architecture and cobblestone streets. I would love to come and stay longer and experience their restaurants and the city of Norfolk. I would highly recommend the Inn to anyone wanting a place that is not a big box type hotel. If...

"Rooms were not ready when we arrived. We had to wait 3 hours until 7pm before getting into a room. Many others were waiting and only after complaining several time some got vouchers for the bar or a deduction on the room. No compensation was offered as a service. "

"Nice people at the hotel. Stayed from Sunday through Friday. Only one room clean (half decent), no refill of water or coffee. Should be improved."

"Det var et ok hotel. Aircondition virkede ikke, men til gengæld larmede køleskabet virkeligt meget. Morgenmaden var ok, der var et godt udvalg af forskelligt mad. "

"The property was beautiful"

"Only one elevator was functional. The pool was closed. The breakfast / bar was never open. The carpets need replacement."

"Convenient location."

"In general a nice hotel, but the check in was horrible. They questioned both my Visa AND Mastercard (which ofcourse both has worldwide coverage), claiming that i as a tourist, was suppose to have them issued from an american bank. Before at last accepting them, after a long discussion. NEVER tried that before. "

"Upon arrival my room was clean & the temp was very comfortable. The staff was helpful on check in. However on checkout the person helping was a maintenance worker who didn’t know how to change my payment form. Breakfast was ok. It was what was expected from a complimentary buffet. Overall I enjoyed my stay and will stay here again."
