"We stayed for our honeymoon before embarking on our cruise to Bermuda out of Norfolk. The port was very close to the Inn. The Inn is beautiful and so romantic. The area around the Inn had several options for dining. The walkable area was so romantic with its old architecture and cobblestone streets. "Rooms were not ready when we arrived. We had to wait 3 hours until 7pm before getting into a room. Many others were waiting and only after complaining several time some got vouchers for the bar or a deduction on the room. No compensation was offered as a service. "

"The staff was super friendly and the food at the restaurant was amazing"

"Det var et ok hotel. Aircondition virkede ikke, men til gengæld larmede køleskabet virkeligt meget. Morgenmaden var ok, der var et godt udvalg af forskelligt mad. "

"We stayed after enjoying dinner on the nearby City Cruise. Quiet and clean with a nice view of the Elizabeth river."

"Food service not available. Old rooms, old furniture, dirty carpet and bathtub. Only one elevator working. No maid service. TV stopped working. Pool out of service."

"Anthony at check-in was awesome. He went above and beyond for us!"

"This room exceeded our expectations. We travel often and this room was definitely better than some hotels we have stayed in the owners were very friendly and made sure we were okay, wish was a huge plus. We will be staying here again"

"In general a nice hotel, but the check in was horrible. They questioned both my Visa AND Mastercard (which ofcourse both has worldwide coverage), claiming that i as a tourist, was suppose to have them issued from an american bank. Before at last accepting them, after a long discussion. NEVER tried that before. "

"What I didn't like was you advertised Airport, but did not provide a shuttle! That was a surprise because I thought you did. My bad, but that won't happen again."

"the free breakfast was worth eating"
