"Really nice little local place"

"Great place, all good - just needs a wall mount for the shower wand, had to hold on to it for the duration of my shower. A bit annoying! Host was excellent !!"

"I really like this hotel, I always stay there when I come to Ierapetra, the service is very good, the location is absolutely the best place in Ierapetra, there are shops nearby, the bus station is nearby, the only thing I don't like this year is the hotel app itself, what happened to you, why is my app crashing, there is no way to review my order, there is no way to do anything, don't order anything else, book an apartment, well, I couldn't book an apartment in Krakow, I couldn't see my nights,...

The problem is not just the disappointment itself, but the fact that the promotion for the room does not reflect reality. When we raised the issue with the hotel staff, they showed us two alternative...
