"This place was fantastic. Close to the centre of Christchurch (easy walking distance), very clean and well appointed. The communication with the owners/managers was brilliant. The only things that would have made it 100% perfect would have been an assigned car park inside the complex (but I was lucky to find parking on the street). And the WiFi signal could have been better. I would definitely go back there!"

"This house was clean and comfortable and within a 15 minute walk of the Riccarton Mall, which was handy.Our party used the two king beds, which we found to be comfortable for our 5 night stay. It was a nice place to come back to after being out for the day.We stayed in late April, which was amazingly warm and sunny and the only thing we found a bit challenging was the lack of drapes in the lounge area. "This is a lovely place to stay. Parking was the only issue we had. There is parking out the front of the apartment for about 6 cars but a few times we had to park down Cashel Street or in the bottleshop car park due to no spaces left. The new stadium is just down the road and Smokey Ts restaurant as well. Would definitely stay here again if ever back in Christchurch."

"Place was fine, the review is more about the communication from the host. While nice, I was mislead regarding the "Includes parking" section of their advert. I messaged them right after booking about the nature of the car park, they replied "Yes correct (you) have a designated parking spot. It’s right next door to the townhouse". This is not accurate as closer to the check in day I get told that the car park is actually "100 meters down the road"(much closer to 300), this is not designated...

"The unit was fabulously modern, clean and had everything that you needed. It was warm and bright with a lovely sunny courtyard. It is easily accessible and close to town. Wonderful pets are welcome. Highly recommend."
