Welcome to our cozy 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom retreat in central Christchurch, hosting up to 6 guests. This two-story apartment features a living area with a sofa bed and a 50" LG Smart TV. The modern kitchen is fully equipped, with an adjoining dining area. Outside, enjoy our dining space for al fresco meals. Downstairs offering an open plan living room - heat pump, and a washer/dryer. Upstairs 2 bedrooms with Queen beds. A designated carpark ensures easy access. High speed Wifi.

Enjoy our centrally located 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom retreat in Christchurch, perfect for families or small groups of up to 6 guests. This 2-storey apartment combines comfort with convenience, ensuring a memorable stay in the heart of the city.

On the ground floor, you'll find a cozy living area with a sofa bed and a 50" LG Smart TV, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploration. The modern kitchen, fully equipped with essential appliances, adjoins an inviting dining area, perfect for enjoying meals together. Please note sofa bed linen is an additional cost.

Step outside to discover our outdoor dining area, where you can savor meals al fresco and soak in the vibrant atmosphere of Christchurch. Back inside, a dedicated workspace with a desk is conveniently located on the ground floor, providing a quiet spot for work or planning your itinerary.

For your comfort, the heat pump is also situated on the ground floor. A washer/dryer combo machine adds further convenience for your laundry needs.

Upstairs, two inviting bedrooms await, each equipped with heaters to keep you cozy during cooler months. Featuring Queen beds with hotel quality linen and towels.

Outside, a designated carpark is available for those traveling by car, providing hassle-free access.

Centrally positioned, our apartment offers easy access to Christchurch's attractions, dining venues, and entertainment options, making it the perfect base for your stay in this dynamic city.

You will have the entire property to yourself during your stay. The property is accessed via an electronic key pad for a seamless check in and check out process.

Please note we can facilitate early check-ins/late check outs. there is an extra cost of $10 per hour with maximum of 2 hours. extra cost is to cover express cleaning. Subject to availability.

Carebnb provide a contactless check-in process. Prior to your arrival we will send detailed instructions on how to enter the property, including door codes and wifi passwords.

We are local and available to assist with any issues that may arise. Carebnb is committed to making your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.
Additionally parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance.
Smoking is prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee. We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.
Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning
