King and queen beds, two bathrooms, one ensuite, separate washer and dryer. A private deck with stunning sea views is the standout feature. Fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso and air fryer. Central heating throughout.

    Close to Sumner Beach and the Christchurch Gondola. A relaxed coastal base you`ll love coming home to.

    This welcoming home is spread across a single level with an easy, comfortable flow throughout. Central heating and cooling keep the home comfortable year-round, while large windows capture natural light and stunning sea views.

    The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for longer stays or relaxed nights at home, including handy items such as an air fryer, toastie pie maker, blender, and Nespresso machine.

    The dining and living areas are comfortable and practical, creating an easy space to unwind after a day exploring Christchurch.

    Step outside onto the private deck and take in the beautiful coastal outlook over redcliffs — the perfect spot for morning coffee, sunset drinks, or simply relaxing with the sea breeze.

    The separate laundry is located off the hallway and includes both a washer and dryer for guest convenience.

    Quality linen and towelling provided. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap are Eco Store. Usual Care Property Stays coffees, teas, drinking chocolate, sweet treats, milk, and sugar.

    All kitchen essentials provided.

    Mount Pleasant is a quiet coastal suburb with beautiful scenery, easy access to beaches, and convenient connections into Christchurch city.

    Christchurch Gondola — approximately 5 minutes by car
    Sumner Beach and Cave Rock — approximately 7 minutes by car
    Ferrymead Heritage Park — approximately 7 minutes by car

    Whether you`re visiting Christchurch for work, family time, or a coastal getaway, this Mount Pleasant home offers a peaceful and comfortable base with unforgettable sea views.

    Guests have full access to the entire home, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, kitchen, and private deck.

    Entry is via a lockbox located in home door front. Full arrival instructions are sent prior to check-in.

    The home is spread across a single level with easy flow between rooms.

    Dedicated outside parking is available on the premise.

    Early check-in or late checkout may be available for $10/hour (up to 2 hours), subject to availability.

    Our local Care Property Stays team is available if you need assistance during your stay.

    We give guests space to enjoy their stay but are always available if needed. Our Christchurch-based team can assist with anything from local recommendations to property support.

    Dedicated outdoor parking is available for two vehicles in front of the garage. Please note the garage is not accessible to guests.

    The road drain nearby can block during heavy rain — allow extra time if travelling during wet weather.

    The home is on a single level and easy to move around.

    Mount Pleasant is a quiet residential neighbourhood — please be considerate of neighbours, especially in the evenings.

    A Nespresso machine is provided. Pods are available as a starter supply only.

    Quiet hours — Please keep noise to a minimum after 10pm out of respect for neighbours.

    Early check-in and late check-out are not guaranteed — requests are welcome and we`ll do our best to help.

    Please treat the space with care — this is a privately owned home.
    We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.

    Additionally parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
    Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance.

    Smoking is prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee. We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.

    Excessive rubbish left at check-out may result in an additional cleaning fee of $75.

    Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.
