Accommodating 9-guests with 3-Queen beds and 2x single beds and trundler bed, each area spacious. Complete with a fully equipped kitchen to cook meals or explore central Christchurch by foot for a number of great eateries and Cafes. A balcony and deck area to enjoy the Sunny days. High speed internet and cozy linen.

Discover this professionally interior designed, modern townhouse. Step into a world of comfort and luxury where a fully equipped kitchen is available for use and dining area to enjoy meals together. Accommodating 9 guests, the dining space becomes an area for unforgettable gatherings.
The kitchen has everything you need and more, including handy appliances.
The ground floor connects the kitchen, living, and dining spaces to a fenced deck with outdoor seating, perfect for a drink and snacks in the afternoon sun.

The second floor, two peaceful bedrooms luxurious and spacious Queen beds. All bedrooms have block out blinds.
2 Modern full bathrooms on this level, and one bedroom extends to a balcony for a beautiful view of the city.

On the third floor, two additional bedrooms await, with spacious comfortable 1 Queen bed and 2x single beds. Each has an Ensuite bathroom with tiled shower, heated bidets, heated towel rails and vanities with excellent storage. Giving each person their own space and comfort.
In the ground floor you will find a foldable trundler bed accommodating the 9th guest - linen for the trundler bed is an additional cost.

Spanning three stories, this property embodies comfort, convenience and the ability to accommodate 9.

Sheets and towels from Canterbury Linen Service, esteemed by local 5-star hotels. Anticipate professionally laundered linen on superbly comfortable bedding —an assurance of 5-star luxury.

Upper floors are accessible via stairs only.

As soon as you enter our apartment, you'll notice the modern decor and attention to detail that we've put into every aspect of the space. The living room is spacious and comfortable, with a large sofa, 50 inch smart TV, and plenty of natural light.

The kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, and oven. We also provide basic cooking supplies such as oil, salt, and pepper, so you can prepare your meals with ease if you wish to cook throughout your stay. The washer/dryer combo is located in a cupboard in the kitchen, laundry powder is provided.

Located a short walk to Riverside Market's and The Terraces, you are able to enjoy all the city has to offer within a leisurely stroll.

Carebnb provide a contactless check-in process. Prior to your arrival, we will send detailed instructions on how to enter the property, including door codes and wifi passwords.

Located on St Asaph Street and Southwark Street, within the Four Avenues, these Townhouses are walking distance to all the Central City has to offer, from restaurants, bars, shopping, markets, parks and many other amenities.

Before your visit to Christchurch, consider downloading the Moov it app, an excellent resource for navigating the city's bus system conveniently. The Central City Bus exchange is a convenient 5-minute walk away and will give you access to all of Christchurch via the various bus routes.

This property does not come with an allocated car park. Should you have a vehicle there's free on-street parking available in the surrounding streets.

For hassle-free transportation, Ubers and taxis are readily accessible, operating 24/7 to ensure you have a seamless pick-up service

Your group will have complete access to this entire property during your stay. The host does not live on site.

Easy to use electronic keypad to enter the property. Street parking only - located outside on the street - no allocated parks. There are plenty of pay parks nearby as well as the Lichfield St parking building.

Please note parking in any reserved carparks next to Lava Lane may result in carparking fines or being towed at your own expense. There are also cameras in place for enforcement.

City Noise - Kindly be aware that this location resides within the inner city, which may entail certain urban noises. These could encompass pedestrian movement, traffic noise, and neighbouring properties.

Please note we can facilitate early check-ins/late check outs. there is an extra cost of $10 per hour with maximum of 2 hours. extra cost is to cover express cleaning. Subject to availability.
We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.
Additionally parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance.
Smoking is prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee. We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.
Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning

Christchurch 2025

It's as spacious and modern as it looks in the photos. Very clean, and well equipped. Easy walk to local attractions. Highly recommend, will look no further next time we visit Christchurch.
