You have to go through 3 sets of stairs to get to the third floor plus carry your belongings. Other than that this was a comfortable stay. 8/10 (only because of the accessibility). "

They were gracious to tell us about the area and the history of their resort like grounds. I would highly recommend a stay here, the bonus is a horseback ride through the coffee farm, and a tour of the exotic animals in their rehabilitation area. "Beautiful grounds, well manicured and staff attentive. Views were spectacular and one of a kind. Volcano views and evening town lights were magical. Volcanic group hike was challenging but definitely worth it. Our tour guide was excellent and well informed. Only regret was not staying longer."

"The hotel is well taken care of. The hotel has a dock which you can sit down and relax while enjoying the view of the water. The staff is very friendly and offer superior service. The food is delicious and prepared in a timely manner. Josue was the mastermind behind the coffee that was sold. The coffee was great and he provided us with where the coffee was grown and how to enjoy. "

"The grounds are beautiful, the rooms are big except they dont have bug screens and smells moldy. The highlight is the Spa and Sauna, so relaxing. They also need to improve the restaurant there were several meals not available as well as drinks. Otherwise the place is beautiful , clean and very relaxing "

"The panoramic cabin is a basic shed with rudimentary electricity and plumbing. It’s more like camping with an outhouse included. There are gaps in the clapboard siding walls you can see through. It’s sold as rustic but it’s barely inhabitable. On the positive side the family that runs it were gracious and kind people. They were helpful and offered assistance in going into town.
