"The last thing you want traveling with kids, is to arrive at a hotel after a long travel and then find out, they do not have reception. We had to phone them up and wait outside in 35 degrees with small children for 30 minutes. Dame happened at checkout. They only provide 1 towel pr. Guest and will only exchange after 3 days. "Property management was very good at explaining the check in process and check out was quick and easy. Room was clean and everything worked great. Cleaning service was very quick and did a great job cleaning. Everything is within walking distance. If I visit Pattaya again, I will be staying here."
